There was a giant Transformer in the lobby of the Children's Museum
Dinosaur exhibit. Lydia was a little scared by all the load noises being piped in :)
Lydia got to dress up as a dinosaur and sit on the "eggs". She loved it!
There was a huge frog exhibit
As part of the frog exhibit, Lydia got to dress up as a frog.
Race car exhibit
Playing with sand in the toddler area
The sculpture was made of individual blown glass pieces, spanning 4 floors floor to ceiling in the center of Children's Museum.
After the Children's Museum we stopped for dinner and then picked up our rental car. We went back to my parent's house in Bloomington that night and packed up our things. We left Bloomington at 7:30am Friday morning (Oct. 7th) and drove 7 hours to the Smoky Mountains near Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
Our drive through southern Indiana. I love the limestone cut-throughs. It just feels like home!
Many thanks to my parents for a fantastic visit. We love you and can't wait to see you at Thanksgiving!
